SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Cosy Home Comforts, we strive to provide the best products and services to you, our valued customer. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have developed a comprehensive policy for shipping and returns. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the details below.
- Shipping Methods:
We offer reliable and efficient shipping methods for our customers and depending on the size and weight of the purchased items, we will use various trusted carriers to ensure prompt delivery of your purchase so that it reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
We use DHL, Yodel, Evri, Royal Mail and FedEx depending on the weight, size and location of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order right up until delivery.
Shipping usually takes just a few days as orders are processed daily (see Processing Time). However, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, especially during busy times. Please be patient and we ask you to consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
- Processing Time:
We understand the importance of receiving your orders in a timely manner. Therefore, we will always endeavour to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 2pm are processed on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders are processed daily Monday to Saturday.
- Shipping Charges:
Cosy Home Comforts offers FREE SHIPPING to the customer. Occasionally, for larger or bulky items a small delivery charge may be applied depending on on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. The incurred costs will be clearly indicated during the checkout process, if applicable.
- Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, it is in placed in the trusted hands of our couriers and we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery conveniently. Tracking is updated regularly so you can have peace of mind that your items are safely on their way.
- International Shipping:
At present, Cosy Home Comforts only offers domestic shipping within the UK and NI. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our international shipping options in the near future.
RETURNS
- Eligibility:
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met. We will gladly accept the return of products under the following conditions:
– The product(s) are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
– The product(s) were sent as a fulfilment mistake that resulted in the wrong or incorrect product being sent to you.
– The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at sales@cosyhomecomforts.uk
Our representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if applicable, except in cases of defective or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
- Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status via email and initiate the refund process immediately on your behalf. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
EXCEPTIONS
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable due to statutory regulations, hygiene reasons, or customisation. These items include but are not limited to perishable goods, personal care products, items customised to customer specifications, Software, Video Games, Perfume, and Cologne.
Note: Additional exceptions or rules may apply depending on the specific circumstances of an order. These will be communicated to the customer on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns or issues promptly.
